Weaving a Yarn in the Library...

Chairs, unfortunately, can be expensive things... The Library's chairs, unfortunately, are quite dated and, lets face it UGLY! But, alas we can not afford to replace these ugly things, especially when they are still very study.

So, get to the point already! We are going to hold our first ever Makerspace in the library with the hope that we can jazz up our tired furniture with our creations.

       THE FCC LIBRARY YARN-BOMB CHALLENGE

We are aiming to knit a flock of chair cosies during lunchtimes in Term 4. We will knit squares to stitch together to cover the chair backs and use 'knitting Nancy's' (French or spool knitting) to knit tubes for the chair and table legs.
